Long-term corrosion protection of condenser/cooling tower

Condenser is a part of refrigeration system, belonging to a kind of heat exchanger, which can convert gas or vapor into liquid and transfer the heat in the pipe to the air near the pipe in a quick way. Generally, the materials of condensers are mainly carbon steel, stainless steel and copper. When the tubesheet made of carbon steel is used as a cooler, corrosion and leakage often occur in the weld between the tubesheet and the tubes. Dilin 482 metal accelerator and Dilin 441 wax heavy-duty anticorrosive coating have excellent anticorrosion performance and ductility, especially in long-term anticorrosion of metal sewage tank and strong acid and alkali resistance. Some solvent anticorrosion schemes are as follows: 1. Grind the surface of the tube plate with an angle grinder to remove rust impurities; 2. Protect the periphery of the tubesheet so as not to damage or dirty other surfaces; 3, sandblasting the surface of the tube plate, removing rust impurities and exposing the metal surface; 4. Clean the surface with anhydrous ethanol; 4. Apply Dilling 441 wax heavy-duty anticorrosive coating to the surface of the tube plate; 5, material curing; 6. Dismantle the peripheral protection device, remove excess materials, and complete the repair.
